"Foothills Rising was formed in response to the Trump and Ryan agenda,” said Foothills Rising founding member Kate Hege. “We realized the perilous consequences of a weak democracy, so we are building our capacity to stand up for our values at the local, state, and federal levels of government.  We are excited to learn more about all candidates challenging our Congressional incumbent in 2018, including Ms. Bateson."
Regina Bateson , California 4th District Congressional candidate
