The Jefferson Messenger - Ed. 4, Vol 2

The Jefferson Messenger

Edition 4 . February 24, 2018 . Volume 2
This is Not a Rally - It's a Protest
In a recorded message on Monday, Mark Baird, called on the people of Jefferson and California to show up at the Robert Matusui courthouse, on Wednesday, February 28, to demand our day in court. The protest will begin at 2 pm, in front of the courthouse, located at 501 “I” Street, in Sacramento.

Mark, said, “the people of Jefferson demand justice,” adding, “the court is corrupt and the judge has no jurisdiction to dismiss the claim; Citizens for Fair Representation (CFR) v Secretary of State Alex Padilla, for lack of representation and dilution of vote. “CFR feels, the judge will continue to delay and dismiss, and we will re-amend, and the judge will continue to to delay and we amend, until we run out of money,” said Mark.

In conclusion, Mark stated, “There is no justice for people who do not have money and there is no justice in California, because there is no representation.”

Please show up on Wednesday, wearing your Jefferson gear. Carry Jefferson and American flags, and make signs, that read “Citizens for Fair Representation v Secretary of State Alex Padilla” or “We Demand Our Day in Court”, or “Justice” , “Equal Representation”, etc. We need as many people as possible to show up and take a stand.
