Demand our Day In Court
This is Not a Rally - It is a Protest!
On Wednesday, February 28, 2018, the Citizens for Fair Representation gathered outside the Robert Matusui courthouse located at 501 “I” Street in Sacramento to demand our day in court. The protest began at 2 pm, in front of the courthouse.
Article the First from September 23, 1789
Special Thanks to David Titchenal from Toulumne County for sharing this article
One of the things I enjoy doing for fun is browsing very old newspapers. The library of Congress makes this very easy. You just CLICK HERE or go to and put in your search dates your and a search tag. I requested any newspaper that referred to Article the First. This information from the American Gazette in 1789 came up. You can zoom in as close as you want on the website. I just captured the relevant part of the front page and posted here for you to enjoy. If you open with Windows Photo Viewer you can zoom in and move around on it. Otherwise go to the website and search it for your self. I set the time range from 1789 to 1790 and used "Article the First" for the search term. You can look up all the amazing events of the time period.  We can't be serious all the time. Have fun.

It is so fun for me to see the news just as the people of the day saw it. Once you realize that "f" is "s" then a lot of it becomes easier to read. I find it all completely fascinating. David Titchenal
