California Supreme Court Removes Three State Split from Ballot
The California Supreme Court has ruled that Cal 3 would cause too much disruption! The arrogance of the ruling oligarchy of California defies liberty and defies description. Obviously the California Supreme Court has never read the Constitution of the state it is supposed to serve.
Article 2, Section 1, California Constitution:“All political power is inherent in the people. Government is instituted for their protection, security, and benefit, and they have the Right to alter or reform it when public good may require.”
Preamble to the California Constitution: “We the people of the State of California, grateful to Almighty God for our freedom, that to secure and perpetuate its blessings, do establish this Constitution.”
Whether we agree with Tim Draper's Cal 3 initiative or not is irrelevant. Liberty is not always structured to our plans. Liberty is for everyone and the California Supreme Court has struck a blow for tyranny and oligarchy by denying Constitutional Liberty to the voters of California.
People of Jefferson, People of California....Are you the masters of the government which was created to protect your freedom? Or are you the slaves and servants to those who think you too stupid to know what is right and good?
This is proof that California is broken beyond repair. We need to start over. We need a Constitutional Republic with far smaller districts, where state representatives are afraid of the voters. Where government is restricted to its proper role.
The Time Has Come for 51 States!

A Huge Success – SOJ Business Showcase & 501 c3 Match
The El Dorado County State of Jefferson Committee is pleased to announce that the First Annual SOJ Business Showcase & Fundraiser was a huge success, thanks to all the business owners & Jefferson supporters. Both vendors and participants were pleased to see the large turnout, with revenues (gross) taken in at a little over $8,000 for the 4 hour event. The value of the public relations & marketing from this event cannot begin to be estimated.
The El Dorado County Committee cannot express enough, their gratitude to all from throughout California and even out of state who donated to the 501 c3 tax deductible $10,000 Match. A special thank you goes to the SOJ Calaveras County Committee who donated $6,400.
The final numbers are not in but we can report that the amount collected exceeded $10,000, and it is felt that those contributions will also be matched bringing the total to at least $32,000 donated to the CFR legal fund. The committee would like to take this opportunity to express their great appreciation to the generous (anonymous) donor of the $10,000 match. The final numbers will be reported within the next week.

“Jefferson is coming! Jefferson is coming!”
That's right Patriots! The State of Jefferson has another voice now coming from the Central Valley of California. Tucked in Stanislaus County is a new online radio show called Jefferson Liberty Radio. “We're trying to grow our county and this is one of the ways we're trying to reach people.” said Matthew Davies, the Technical Producer of Jefferson Liberty Radio.

When a local radio station for their area became nationally syndicated and the new management changed much of the format, the station laid off the only conservative host in the area so the conservatives were without a voice.

That brought forth the birth of Jefferson Liberty Radio in April of 2018. The station doesn't air live broadcasts but the episodes are normally released on Saturday mornings on their website and on their Facebook page. According to Matthew, “Yes, we're really pushing in all areas to try to get the word out there. So many people don't know in our county or are misinformed.”

You can find Jefferson Liberty Radio at on the web.

They are also on Facebook.
Or find them on Twitter.
